If you've been looking for Dr. Mallon, you're in the right place.
Dr. Victoria Mallon is a board-certified family physician who has cared for patients throughout Colorado for more than two decades. During her career, she has practiced in community primary care centers, military medicine, physician-led medical groups, telehealth, and large healthcare organizations, including Optum. Her experience spans every stage of life, from newborns to older adults, with a focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and evidence-based medicine.
Throughout these experiences, Dr. Mallon became increasingly convinced that healthcare is at its best when the physician-patient relationship remains at the center of care. Today, she joins Pearl Primary Care to help provide a more personal, relationship-based approach to medicine, one built on continuity, shared decision-making, and long-term partnerships between physicians and patients.
Dr. Mallon brings more than two decades of experience in family medicine. Her clinical background includes preventive care, chronic disease management, women’s health, acute illness, and long-term health planning, all grounded in evidence-based medicine.
She began her medical training at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York and completed her Family Medicine residency in Denver, Colorado. Throughout her training and clinical practice, she has cared for diverse patient populations while developing a broad understanding of the challenges individuals and families face throughout different stages of life.
Today, Dr. Mallon brings that experience to Pearl Primary Care, where she provides comprehensive primary care for adults, children, and families in Colorado Springs.
Dr. Mallon believes primary care is most effective when patients have a trusted physician who listens, understands their medical history, and provides personalized guidance. By fostering continuity of care and open communication, she serves as her patients’ first point of contact, helping them navigate the complexities of the healthcare system with clarity and confidence.
At Pearl Primary Care, this philosophy is supported by a practice model designed around access, communication, and personalized care. By limiting patient volume and focusing on long-term relationships, Dr. Mallon is able to spend more time helping patients make informed healthcare decisions, coordinate care effectively, and achieve their health goals.
I want to take a moment to speak directly to those of you who may be looking for me, as well as those who are getting to know me for the first time.
Over the course of my career, I have had the privilege of caring for patients across a wide range of healthcare settings and throughout every stage of life. Like many physicians, I have seen the growing influence of insurance requirements and corporate priorities make healthcare more complicated and frustrating. My goal is to help restore the physician-patient relationship as the foundation of healthcare through compassionate, relationship-based primary care.
When patients feel known, heard, and supported, better decisions can be made and better outcomes can follow.
If you are a former patient, I hope this helps explain why I chose this next chapter in my career. If you are new to my practice, I look forward to getting to know you and supporting your health goals for years to come.
