This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful patient interaction, can manage daily responsibilities independently after training, and communicates clearly in a small clinical team. The Medical Assistant will support patient care, scheduling, communication, clinical workflows, and day-to-day practice operations as Pearl Primary Care continues to grow.
Pearl Primary Care is a membership-based Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice. That means longer visits, direct communication, stronger patient relationships, and no insurance billing.
